The ASUS Zenfone Live features a built-in BeautyLive app that lets users easily share live streaming videos using either of the cameras with the beautification features on. Although the pricing of the handset is still not revealed, the ZenFone Live smartphone will come with ZenFone Live real-time beautification camera which will be the marketing point of the device.
The budget smartphone by Asus will probably be promoted as a selfie phone with its beautification mode with YouTube and Facebook.
The Asus Zenfone Live (ZB501KL) comes with some modest internals and a metal unibody design, that looks classy but not eye-popping.
Asus is rumored to unveil a budget smartphone called the ZenFone 3 Go. That aside, the Asus Zenfone Live comes powered by a quad-core processor sourced from Qualcomm. The phone packs in 2GB of RAM and 16GB / 32GB of expandable storage, while a 2,650mAh battery is also a part of the package. With that said, Asus is yet to announce a price and an availability date of the smartphone. There's also room for memory expansion up to 128GB via MicroSD card slot.
In addition, the operating system of the Asus ZenFone 3 Go is said to be the Android Marshmallow 6.0. Nevertheless, if the Asus ZenFone 3 Go owner will register the device with their Google account, the owner will get a100GB space on Google Drive. Talking about the camera, the device sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with aperture f/2.0, autofocus and LED flash, while for the front, there is a 5-megapixel shooter with 1.4-micron pixel size and aperture f/2.2 and 82-degree field of view. The dual-SIM device supports 4G LTE on both the SIMs slots but only one can run on 4G at a time. It is also reported that the device will sport a soft LED flash on the front for better selfie shots. The front camera comes with modes such as Low Light, Manual Mode (for DSLR-like camera detail settings), Night, and Selfie modes. The phone measures 141.2 x 71.74 x 7.95 mm and comes in Shimmer Gold, Rose Pink and Navy Black colour variants.
