Multiple churches all along the Gulf Coast awoke early Easter Sunday for sunrise services along South Mississippi's attractive shoreline.
The First Baptist Church of Austin is hosting their annual Easter services Sunday morning. This is our opportunity to bring the community together for a single event.
After the children got to see the animals, they then went inside the church to dye eggs, which were brightly colored green, yellow, orange, purple and pink.
This is the 29th straight year this service has been held on Easter Sunday.

The helicopter drops around 7,000 eggs every year on the church's grounds and afterward, church members invite and encourage people to come back on Sunday to hear the message, Cary said. She added increasing attendance and church membership are not the event's goal.
