Montezemolo rinuncia alla vicepresidenza di Unicredit

Montezemolo ha preso questa decisione "in coerenza con l'evoluzione della governance della banca", anticipando così l'attuazione di una delle novità che entreranno in vigore nel 2018 con il rinnovo del cda, ossia la riduzione a uno del numero dei vicepresidenti.

La decisione di Montezemolo, viene spiegato, ha efficacia da oggi, data dell'assemblea di UniCredit chiamata ad approvare il bilancio di esercizio 2016, mentre il rinnovo del cda che porterà a uno il numero dei vicepresidenti avverrà con l'assemblea 2018.

Proprio ieri il titolo Unicredit aveva vissuto una giornata di grande exploit a Piazza Affari, chiudendo la seduta con una performance di oltre 6 punti percentuali. Verranno ratificate le perdite per quasi 12 miliardi dovute soprattutto alla svalutazione dei crediti deteriorati. Nella parte straordinaria i soci dovranno invece approvare due aumenti di capitale gratuiti, per circa 200 milioni di euro, a servizio del piano di incentivazione dei dipendenti.
