Meanwhile, Wis. Gov. Scott Walker declared a state of emergency for three counties in northwestern part of the state following a deadly tornado and damaging storms.

Several poultry barns at a turkey processing plant across the street from the trailer park were badly damaged, and turkeys could be seen wandering in the debris.
At the airport, spokeswoman Karen Carney said some flights were cancelled by early Thursday afternoon and airlines may cancel other flights to prevent extended delays or to avoid having aircraft damaged in high winds or hail.
Forecasters say the storms could bring "strong long-track tornadoes" in central and southern Kansas into western Oklahoma along with baseball-sized hail.
By Tuesday evening, there were nearly 20 reports of tornadoes, according to the National Weather Service.
Ronald Bloomberg, another resident of the park, returned to discover his home was completely gone, with his neighbor, 45-year-old Eric Gavin, dead in a tree.

At least one person was killed and more than 25 were injured Tuesday evening when a tornado devastated a trailer park near Chetek in western Wisconsin. Twelve area ambulances, six area fire departments and multiple law enforcement and first responders came to the scene, according to Fitzgerald.
The mayor of Chetek, Jeff Martin, said in an interview with KSTP-TV that quite a number of emergency vehicles responded to the scene where the tornado touched down at the trailer park, located about 4 miles north of Chetek.
The Red Cross and the Salvation Army set up a shelter and were providing food and clothes for displaced families.
